前言

今天，万小程们怀着无比激动的心情迎来了万礼豪程在线共享课程的第十二次的学习。这次课程由重庆万豪酒店的财务总监周方来为我们讲授酒店财务分析。课堂上，周总监为我们介绍了酒店基础会计管理的基础原理，会计的要素之资产与负债，基本六要素四假设等，还以酒店损益表为例让我们对财务有着更加深刻的了解。

Preface

Today, CHEI. Jr were very excited to welcome the 12th learning of the CLE online course. This course was taught by Ms. Fannie Zhou, the Director of Finance of Chongqing Marriott Hotel. During the class, Ms. Zhou introduced the basic principles of basic accounting management of hotels, the assets and liabilities of accounting elements, the summary of basic six elements and four assumptions, and took the income statement of one sample hotel to let us have a deeper understanding of finance.

讲师简介

周方:

●  现任重庆万豪酒店财务总监一职。

●  在酒店服务行业也具有非常丰富的经验曾在阿曼、凯悦、凯龙、丽思卡尔顿、索菲特等酒店都有工作过。

●  最开始接触的是做人力资源部的，后改做了宾客关系，最后根据自己的方向发现自己适合财务，就选择了财务管理这一行业。

Introduction to Lecturer

Fannie Zhou

●  Currently, she is the Financial Director of Chongqing Marriott Hotel.

●  She has rich experience in hotel industry and has worked in Oman, Hyatt, Kailong, Ritz Carlton, Sofitel and other hotels.

●  At first, she worked in the Human Resources Department, then she changed to guest relations. Finally, she found herself suitable for finance according to her own direction, and consequently she chose this direction.

Gains after Class

Director Zhou brought us a deeper understanding of hotel financial management, the basic principles of hotel accounting management, the composition of hotel income statement and balance sheet, and the financial analysis, financial management and financial thinking. We are more aware of the important role of financial management in the whole hotel industry.

课后感悟

通过周总监为我们讲解的酒店财务分析，让我们对财务有了初步的认识，对酒店的财务分析也有了更深刻的了解。通过这次对财务的学习，对我们养成财务思维也有很大的帮助，与此同时也让我们了解到财务对酒店业以及整个团体的重要性，今后无论我们做什么事情都要要更加的细心，要更全方位的考虑到一家公司的整体状况，做到多方位一起提高直到最优化管理。

Thoughts after Class

Through the hotel financial analysis that Director Zhou explained to us, we have a preliminary understanding of finance and a deeper understanding of the hotel financial analysis. It is also very helpful for us to develop financial thinking. At the same time, it also helps us to understand the importance of finance to the hotel industry and the whole group. Therefore, no matter what we do in the future, we should be more careful, consider the whole situation of things in a more comprehensive way, and improve things together in multiple directions until optimization.
