2020年3月25日，作为万小程的我们又一次翻开我们的笔记本，迎来了第三次CLE课程。我们相比于前两次课，我们的课堂参与比之前积极了很多，第三次课布朗教授通过他丰富的工作经验，从“领导行为和怎么样培养领导力”两个方面，让我们了解到什么是领导力，引导我们如何成为一个未来的领导者，带给我们丰富有趣的学习体验！

On March 25, 2020, as CHEI Jr. we opened the notebooks again and again, leading us to the third CLE course. Compared with the previous two classes, the participation in the third course was better than they used to be. Professor Brown talked about his rich working experience, through two aspects of "leadership behavior and how to cultivate leadership", taught us what leadership is and how to be a leader. What was an interesting learning experience!

本节课中，我们更多地分析自己，学到了关于如何培养自身执行力、领导力的方法，如：在自己的领域变成专家、培养与有效领导力相关的技能、撰写反馈日志等，万小程们还一起讨论了先天和后天的重要性。最后，我们谈到了自己能成为领导者的可能性。

In this lesson, we have analyzed more about ourselves and how we could improve our executive power and leadership skills, such as gaining expertise in our area, developing skills associated with effective leadership and writing reflection journals, etc. We also talked about the importance of nature versus nurture. Finally, we discussed our own possibilities as being leaders.

It’s a great honor to participatein the CLE course.Learning makes our heart become more determined, and Bilingual teaching allows us to harvest more knowledge. CLE completely opened the students’ English learning momentum andlet us understand the importance of learning.We’ve started to work hard as CHEI Jr., and felt very lucky in the pursuit of knowledge. In the following study, we will double our efforts and make more progress in our study. Let’s look forward to the CLE course next week!
