今天，万小程们又怀着激动的心情迎来了本学期第八次课程。这节课将由董佳总监为我们讲授“知识架构到职业发展”，可以更好的让我们发挥不同的思维，更加显而易见的了解个人品牌的重要性，在同时又可以有质量的规划酒店职业发展路径。

Preface

Today, CHEI Jr. was excited to welcome the eighth course of this semester. In this class, director Joy Dong taught us "knowledge structure to career development", which can better let us have divergent thinking, more clearly understand the importance of personal brand, and at the same time formulate the career development route of hotel industry with quality.

作为新时代的大学生，接受先进的科学文化知识,努力完善自身的知识文化体系,并且不断加强社会实践的能力,这是我们该加强的地方。知识和能力之间,理论和实践之间毕竟还有距离和空间,稍有不慎就有可能出现眼高手低、纸上谈兵等问题。让我们明白了固定性思维模式和成长型思维模式对人的影响是不一样的，找出进入现代服务行业成功人才所必须具备的核心能力，针对核心能力全面提供相应的工具和资源等。

Gains from Class

As college students in the new era, we should accept advanced scientific and cultural knowledge, strive to improve our own knowledge and culture system, and constantly strengthen the ability of social practice, which is where we should strengthen. After all, there is still a distance and space between knowledge and ability, theory and practice. A little carelessness may lead to problems such as high vision, low hands, and talking on paper. We understand that fixed thinking mode and growth thinking mode have different effects on people, find out the core competences that a successful person in modern service industry must have and provide corresponding tools and resources for core competence.

课后所思

爱，最终会循环到自己身上。我们要一直在学习的路上、不断地思考探索。同时让我想到董佳总监说过的一句话“机器人有的是逻辑，而人有的是思考。如果我们不愿意被机器人超越，那么就时时记住要像婴儿一样出于好奇心的思考”。

Thoughts after Class

Love, in the end, will cycle to itself. We should keep thinking and exploring on the way of learning. At the same time, I remembered a sentence that director Dong Jia said: "robots have logic, but people have thinking." If we don't want to be overtaken by robots, we should always remember to think out of curiosity like babies.
