    今天，2020年5月6日，五一假期过后的我们万小程马上进入了第九次CLE学习课程。学习的步伐从未停止，本期课程由王晨老师来给我们讲受关于酒店人力资源管理、甄选的方法和成功面试的技巧与关键。让我们明白面试成功与自身具备的专业技能和个人的价值是否满足应聘企业的招聘需求。

Preface

Today, on May 6, 2020, after the May 1 holiday, we，CHEI Jr. have entered the ninth learning course of CLE. The pace of learning has never stopped. In this course, Mr.Sean will tell us about human resource management, selection methods and successful interview skills and keys. Let's understand whether the success of the interview and the professional skills and personal value we have meet the recruitment needs of the applicant.

讲师：

·毕业于澳大利亚格里菲斯大学酒店管理专业

Graduated from Griffith University, Australia, majoring in hotel management.

·15年以上酒店餐饮行业工作经验

More than 15 years working experience in hotel catering industry.

·获得亚太区丽思卡尔顿最佳培训领导者

Best training leader in Ritz Carlton Asia Pacific.

·参与上海浦东丽思卡尔顿酒店，成都富力丽思卡尔顿酒店，上海艾迪逊酒店等多家奢华酒店开业筹备。

Participated in the opening preparation of Ritz Carlton Hotel in Pudong, Chengdu, and Addison hotel in Shanghai.

    在本次CLE课程中我们大致的了解到面试甄选的步骤以及一些面试的技巧，通过这节课更让我们对人力资源管理管有了更加深刻的认识，以及掌握简历的准备应包含的内容、规则以及出现的错误、面试的准备与技巧、面试中常见的问题、提问与退场的方式等。这些在我们在以后的学习和工作中对我们都有莫大的帮助。

In this CLE course, we have a general understanding of the steps of interview selection and some interview skills. Through this course, we have a deeper understanding of human resource management, as well as mastering the content, rules and errors that should be included in the preparation of resumes, the preparation and skills of interviews, the common questions in interviews, the ways of questions and exits, etc. These are of great help to us in our future study and work.

Thoughts after Class

学习了这节课后，为我们以后的面试打好了预防针，相信在未来的工作面试中会有一个自信的姿态。另外，这节课的学习让我们对未来的工作有了更清晰的定位，相信在校期间我们万小程都会做好知识、能力与技能的储存，为以后的就业打下良好的基础！

    After learning this lesson, I have laid a good preventive needle for our future interview. I believe that I will have a confident attitude in the future job interview.
