10月13日上午，我校召开中马合作办学联合管理委员会2026年度会议。马耳他旅游学院副校长乔治·斯基亚沃内（SCHIAVONE George）、国际事务负责人德布拉·路易丝·帕维亚（PAVIA Debra Louise）出席；我校国际教育学院院长孙权、副院长兼科研外事处副处长张媛等参加会议。

Zhengzhou Tourism College (ZTC) convened the 2026 annual meeting of the Joint Management Committee for the Sino-Maltese cooperative education program on the morning of October 13. Mr George Schiavone, senior director of the Institute of Tourism Studies, Malta (ITS), and Ms Debra Louise Pavia, senior manager of international affairs, attended the meeting, together with Sun Quan, dean of the School of International Education, and Zhang Yuan, vice dean of the school and deputy director of the Research and Foreign Affairs Office.

会议听取了国际教育学院关于课程建设、师资队伍建设、学生成长发展等方面的工作汇报。与会委员围绕《郑州旅游职业学院与马耳他旅游学院合作举办旅游管理专业高等专科教育项目——自我评估报告（SAR）》深入研讨。斯基亚沃内表示，马方高度重视双方战略合作，将协同构建课程变更审批、学生反馈、期末考核分析等多维度反馈机制，持续完善共建共享的教学质量保障体系。

The meeting heard a report on curriculum development, faculty building and student development. Committee members held in-depth discussions on the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) of the joint higher vocational education program in tourism management run by the two institutions. Schiavone said ITS attaches great importance to the strategic partnership, noting that the two sides will build a multi-dimensional feedback mechanism covering curriculum change approval, student feedback and end-of-term assessment analysis to continuously improve the jointly run teaching quality assurance system.

会议还就联合科研、马方教师派驻、中方教师研修、学生境外交流、人才培养方案优化等事项充分磋商，达成广泛共识。双方将持续优化项目教学管理，不断夯实质量保障体系，合力推动中马合作办学项目高质量发展。

The two sides also reached broad consensus on joint research, the dispatch of Maltese faculty, training for Chinese teachers, overseas student exchanges and the refinement of the talent training program. Both sides will continue to improve program management, strengthen quality assurance and work together to promote high-quality development of the China–Malta joint tourism management education program.
